TRUE LIFE: I’m an R29 Intern

Posted by in Inside Rule29 on May 29th, 2008

More new and slightly red faces ripe for introduction in this episode of Inside R29. As another season of reality TV comes to a close, we thought we would ask our new intern just how he would handle some of those sticky situations. Find out what happens when interns stop being polite and start getting real…

Welcome to the Real World: R29. So what’s your deal?
Craig: I am an easygoing guy who finds himself in insane predicaments that mostly surrounds deadlines and fetching coffee for the office.

Now you’re on the Surreal Life, what celebrity plays you?
Craig: Zach Braff would play me, because we’re both cunningly hip and in touch with our emotional side.

You’ve made it to the final round of American Idol, what do you sing?
Craig: Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” just so I could do the sweet dance.

Describe your MTV Crib:
Craig: My crib would house a complete 18-hole miniature golf course and a special penguinarium complete with multiple species of penguins.

OMG! It’s your SUPER SWEET SIXTEEN!
Craig: OMG! Let’s party it up! First, we’ll invite The Shins to play and then celebrate my sixteenth birthday by flying to sixteen different countries and eating a cake at each one. Hopefully we don’t get tummy aches.

You find yourself in kitchen stadium…how are you going to slay Bobby Flay?
Craig: I would demolish Bobby Flay with my mean pizza making skills which I’ve earned with my many years working at a pizza shop. Bobby would have to bow down to my favorite, canadian bacon, sausage and black olives.

Xhibit is going to PIMP YOUR RIDE! How do they trick out your Grand Am?
Craig: They would trick out my Grand Am by slapping on some 28″s and hooking it up with 45 tv screens. They’d also throw in a portable miniature golf course that I would even be able to play while driving.

Nice job Craig! We’re super stoked to have you as part of our team! (Aww, he’s blushing…)
