		<description>I agree with the need for leadership change – it seems to be the foundation for reinvention... if nothing else, it makes it APPEAR as though there is a big shake up. I hope that Henderson genuinely follows through with the things he is saying. I recently read an article where the former VP of marketing said that GM&#039;s processes stifled the creativity... but that is nothing new in big businesses, so it seems like almost an excuse. here is the link: http://adage.com/article?article_id=137277</description>

		<description>Great article - very thought provoking. They need some new &quot;blood&quot; in their leadership to try these new methods. What&#039;s there in the form of leadership hasn&#039;t worked, or allowed the creativity to flow enough to make these steps as key as they should be. They need a re-structuring of their driving force at the top in order to push something like this forward, otherwise you&#039;ve got the same old heads sitting around board rooms &amp; trying to re-surface the image within their same flawed old-school contexts.</description>
